Just recently released is the 2018 version of the Massachusetts family law for low-income litigants. This book features all aspects of family law to include child support issues, adoption, contempt, modification, and the basics of divorce. It is a great book for pro-se litigants to get started in the maze of the Probate and Family Court. It contains short chapters with all the necessary and required forms of the court.
